Meet Tom
Tom Huthwaite is a year-round resident of Forest Highlands and, currently, the only real estate agent who lives in the community full-time. That daily presence gives him a perspective no outside agent can match: first-hand knowledge of the streets, the lots, the courses, and the rhythm of the seasons, along with the kind of accessibility that Forest Highlands buyers and sellers value most.
An East Coast native, Tom relocated from New York City to the Arcadia neighborhood in Phoenix with his wife in 2017. Following the birth of their third child, the family moved north to be closer to their commercial real estate holdings and restaurant operations in Sedona, and in 2021 they settled into Forest Highlands, just south of Flagstaff, as their permanent home.
With a background in marketing and proven success on the new construction side, plus considerable experience in renovations, vendor relations, and property management, Tom understands Forest Highlands homes from the ground up. He helps buyers find the right lot, cabin, or estate within the community and guides sellers through preparing and positioning a home for the Forest Highlands market.
For Tom, representing Forest Highlands is personal. It is where he raises his family, knows his neighbors, and is invested in the long-term character of the community he calls home.
